Glad to hear all the wacky dress size stories...thought I'd been OD'*** on the KitKats. Oh! And yes, I did pick up a dress, though not one of the $249 ones-they sneak alot of $499 and $699 ones in.. I bought a very charming one for $499...original price tag $2600. Well, that's done!

What's Bunco? That sounds interesting!

Taxes! I thought that I didn't make quite enough since graduating but lordy, they tax EVERYONE. Welcome adulthood!

Weather check-in...foggy, 34 degrees(?).

Lainey, I can relate...I was the kid wearing the levi's slims and they'd still bag on me. Then I hit 16, and I inherited mom's hips. Even if I weighed 50 pounds, I'd be wearing 7's at the very least!

Maybe I'm not as bad off as hubby. He said this thing would kick in about 18 hours after the tummy started to ache and I've been okay (I'm at 36 hours)...but I have been sticking to the light stuff.

Boo, glad you got your dress! Want to see a picture of the sparkly.

I'm downloading an FTP client right now so that I can start posting stuff to the dis. I want to post the absolute DIS nut Lime Green previa. I don't know if the owner is on the DIS, but it sure makes me think of it every time I see the car!

Suzanne, that is exactly it with me and the hips!!! I think even if I weighed next to nothing, I'd still need a size 7 for the hips alone!! I got my mom's hips too I do hope you are feeling much better soon!!!

I think Bunco's a mid atlantic thing. I have friends and neighbors that play, and have been stopped a few times in the supermarket "don't you play Bunco with me at so and so's house?", but I have never played the game. Have no idea...never been invited...but I know a lot of people who DO play it.

I was in target last week and they had a bunco game on clearance. I didn't buy it, though!

Size 2...I don't think I ever wore a size 2. I didn't get to my smallest size until one year before DD1 came along and that was a 6. I was big in school. I always say that God kept me big until the right person came along. I lost weight, not my smallest but about 40lbs, without trying and then met Todd.

Finally getting things done around the house. Took a personal day yesterday to clean (4-5hrs) and start removing border from Cassie's room, otherwise it would never get done with doing things for family members. Today went and spent time with a friend of mine and seen her new home. I had a wonderful time. It has been a while since I took time for 'visiting'. Came home and finished taking the border down in Cassie's room, with the help of Todd.

Elaine...new comforter, great! Mine is still in my closet until I get my room painted. It will be outdated by the time I use it.

Off to have dinner then sit down with a book......I am so relaxed from getting things done. What a stress reliever.

Ya Yas!!!! Busy weekend here. Girls' night out last night--went and played P'keeno with 12 other women at a friends house. Had an absolute blast!! Noticed ya'll were talking about Bunco--it's pretty big around here and that's what this group will be doing next month. I have to bring $5 in nickels and I sure hope I get to bring some home with me. Not much into gambling, but I guess five bucks couldn't hurt.

Sorry to hear about the PMSing and the snow. We've had terrible wind here all day.

Went back to my old job to help out with some tax stuff today and put in 6 hours. Can't believe the guy is paying me $30/hour and the stuff I'm helping with is mostly of a clerical nature! I should have a nice little handful of spending money for Chicago!!!

Kristy, I missed Stargate last night due to the P'keeno game. Thankfully Dave recorded it and I'll get to see it tonight. Thanks for the heads up, I'll keep the tissues handy!

Speaking of Dave......guess who's home from work and HUNGRY!!! Better go feed 'im before he starts growling!!

Sorry, my ketchup is messy! I am exhuasted. Sitting for over 2 hours and having my moose on my lap the majority of the time, my back is killing me and this kid is aching to stretch out. The circus was wonderful. Not as many daring acts but lots of fun. The lions were hysterical...one was the class clown and he had us in stitches!

haven't posted the ultra sound pictures, but I'm working on that!

Bunco is alive and well here in the south as well. I did win the most games tonight! I had 20! and also had 2 bunco's but so did 4 others, lol. We were 2 people short so I only won 15--normally its 20.
Tara is a game played with dice. 3 tables of 4 players each. A team of 2 people at each table. You get 1 pt for each 6 you roll and 5 points for 3 of a kind. You rotate table at the end of each games you you get lots of new partners.
Anyway I stayed late, serveral stayed at sat in the hot tub after it was over, just yaking the night away. Just got home and now Im off to bed.
