Evening, yayas!
It's definite-surgery the first week of November. It'll get rid of the pain, but doc thinks the swollen ankle is the result of the deep vein vascular degeneration-tech speak for he can't do anything for it. Apparently, there is a doctor in Hawaii who can, but it's got a 40% success rate. As long as I'm not in pain, I'll live with a swollen ankle.
I got a nice nap this afternoon after all that running around I had to do. The bummer will be trying to go to bed at a decent hour-Ed let me sleep for 3 hours!
That charity event is in the MK. IASW is closed, not that I'd ride it over and over. I'd ride El Rio Del Tiempo, but it'd be better if I knew the blasted words...we always walk around going 'la la lala lala laaaa, la la lala lala laaa" Dumbo is a choice, but I think I'd rather do something else. I have to go to the website to find out what rides are going to be open.
Everyone with tooth woes, I can relate. Although, the white fillings don't last as long, I have had no problems with them. The almalgam in one tooth disintegrated and that's what started all those trips to the dental school. It got infected, root canal and crown.
Ed and I walked through the mall today after lunch, since we can't bring Neil to the mall anymore (too much stimuli). Found a new scent I like at Bath and Body Works, hope Ed remembers for Christmas! Then we drooled over the goodies at the kitchen store and tried to buy more Moshis, but Kirklands didn't have any in the colors we wanted. Finally went to see the Hallmark ornaments, and got my Herbie.(Beth, there are some cool Star Trek ornaments this year.)
Dinner was boring, we grilled burgers and hot dogs. I never realized how helpful the microwave can be-couldn't reheat yesterday's veggies! I didn't think to defrost any of the yummy stuff in the freezer for tonight's dinner. Which reminds me to do that as soon as I get off the computer.
Had ketchups in mind, but can't think anymore. Guess I'm a little foggy from that nap!
