Wow, did I really miss 4 pages worth??? Cooked for company all day yesterday and went to the beach today. I'm wiped out. Gonna go sit by the pool and relax.

I think I put on 2 pounds this weekend. Must go back to watching tomorrow.

Seth and I are home safe and sound from Kings Island yesterday. Man, it is so hard to go therre after y ou have been to WDW. My buddy was tired of me comparing KI to WDW, he told me to shut up, so I told him to kiss a certain part of my anatomy. We did have a good time, but $9 to PARK!!!!!!! Give me a freaking break!!!!!!

I really could go for one of those blue ice cream cones now!!!! They were yummy.

I am starting the ATKINS way of life tomorrow. I want to knock off about 2000 pounds so I can be a stud again. Wish me luck.

I got the laundry done on Friday. Now the stupid basket is full again. I swear a husbands work is never done. Becky was the only one here yesterday. I asked her about the basket being full. She said " Well, I went swimming, then went to Wal-mart, then there was my uniform, then I put on jammies. My God all those different outfits!!!! Now guess what I have to do tomorrow!

BTW Von, I am a big dog so 2000 pounds is just a drop in the bucket for me. I'm so fat!!!

Tell me ladies do my thighs look fat to you.

Hi everybody!!!

Geez...didn't even get to "play" much this weekend with dh. I do some bookkeeping on the side for a friend and guess what showed up yesterday? So, that's all done and now i have a peach cobbler to make before the peaches go bad!! LOL!!!!

Tony, the trick is to have the computer near the laundry room--I DIS and do laundry at the same time! Got almost all done Fri. night while I was playing on line!! And, no, your thighs do NOT look fat, what I can see from here, that is!!

Glad to see Suzanne dropped in again! We'll make a Ya Ya out of her yet!!

OK, Kristy--Busch Gardens in the spring of 2004! And we'll expect you at WDW in early Dec. next year too!!! There are quite a few of us who go around that time every year, so you're bound to run into a few of us, I'm sure!

Tara, when do you want to go shopping???!! I'm ready!!!

Beth - LOL, we have one of those Intex easy set pools. We've been in this house about a year and are waiting till maybe next summer to put in the "real" pool.

I guess you could call me a "bogus" pool owner.

Sweetie grabbed it and let go and it ran to a corner, where I grabbed its tail (with box in had) and outside it went.
So nice to know it's gone

Tony....DH has been on Atkins for about 6 weeks and is doing real well. He says it's the easiest diet he has been on.

Evening all! Just waiting for the in-laws to get here. I worry about people driving thru Atlanta, it's the pits. I'll be so glad
not to have to drive I-85or 285 ever again!

A mouse in the house, oh no! Glad it's gone Nancy. When I was pregnant with DS, I was sitting on the couch one evening and saw this little blurry thing run right by 2 dogs noses. We kinda had a suspicion there was a mouse in the house, and it wasn't Mickey! LOL. BUT, geesh, stupid dogs just laid there.

Must have been napping day! I had a nice 2 hr. rest myself. Of course I woke up at 3:30 this a.m. and couldn't get back to sleep.

Hi Elaine! What's for dinner? We are doing hamburgers & hot dogs on the grill when the in-laws arrive. Hope they hurry, I'm getting hungry.

Sounds like most everyone had a good day.

Kristy, BBQ chicken & corn sounds good. I know what you mean about those boxes. I'm packing and you are unpacking. I'm trying to reduce as I go but, it is so hard! I'm such a pack rat.

Dinner sounds good. I'll be there shortly. Chicken, bbq, hamburgers, hot dogs...boy i'm hungry now. DS ate at the baseball game with his father this afternoon so I have to fend for myself. I guess it will be my salad in a bag with my ceasar dressing. I'll use a breath mint before i come back to dis as I don't want to offend anyone.

I hope it is not rude, but I added myself to the dis yearbook by von. I figure no one will find anything with isyne4u on it, so i added it myself.

Been working on my grad school project for this month. I have to read 50 children's books (picture books through minor chapter books--tg for Harry Potter!) then I have to make this anotated bibliography. The reading is easy it's the typing everything correctly that's killing me.

glad you all got naps. Tony I think your thighs are perfect. Now is my butt too big?

Beth let me know your schedule and we can book a shopping trip. I usually work at TDS on Saturday's but sunday's I'm usually free.

Well, I have 3...........but I guess 6 would have been faster I actually hae 3 in/out cats and 2 out cats (they didn't help any).

Nancy, sooooo thankful the mouse is gone!! They really give me the willies running around in the house!! And I don't think I'd have been brave enough to grab its tail!!! Maybe trap it under the box, but touch a wild mouse?? No way!!!

Kristy, YES!!!! Busch Gardens in the spring!!! And we'll ALL work on Derek for December at the World!!! Ever since my dh took me 3 years ago, I just can't get ready for Christmas till I've kicked it off with the Candlelight Processional at Epcot and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at MK and the Osborne Lights at MGM.

Don't know how you people can take naps--only if I'm sick, and even then, only rarely!

Lizzie, that was the little girl in me talking!! I ALWAYS wanted a pool when I was a kid! Now we live in an apt. and I just have to walk up to the leasing office, if I want to swim. AND I don't have to clean it!!!

So, Laine, how was that D'Giornio?! I haven't found a frozen one yet that I like.
