not too late to "join" so count me in with you!
Okay so today is the first day of being getting back on track after my vacation.
christa, you are one of the most focusest WISHers i know

now that you have your mind to it, it's as good as done
Busy time for me trying to get everything done before the trip.
Lily -- have a FANTASTIC time, GL on the Goofy, you rock!!
I don't know if I want to continue with this or not.
good thing you have us to remind you that you really don't want to quit! there will be bummer days along the way, it's the choices you make almost all the time that will be reflected by your improved healthier body!
No chips and no McDonalds. And I've kept the snacking in reign as well as exercised almost daily. so far so good. I just wish I had more time in the day!

WTG Vija, i know that is difficult for you. I liked the suggestions of the lean burgers and homemade 'fries'...that sounds soooo delish! too bad my grill is getting snowed on as i type. do you have Whole Foods or a grocery with nice variety of 'natural' foods? I have been buying Alexia All Natural Oven Reds - they are wedges of potatos that are seasoned. my fam loves the rosemary ones! or I have made my own cutting potatoes and seasoning with Emeril's Essence.
i wish i had more time, but i have much to do as everyone else does. I heard a rumor that Karebear1 joined??

and great to see you again Zeraspride
what a fantastic group we have going here! Cyber good vibes to each and everyone of us....it's so awesome to see so many join forces
thanks for not posting spoilers for BL, i DVRed it but probably won't watch until tonight or later this week.
i felt like somewhere someone mentioned wanting to buy a treadmill but not being able to afford one? IF that was here, I wanted to chime in that I was fortunate enough to find a nice, hardly "used" TM at a garage sale last summer for $100. or try Craig's list ---
here is the weight vs calorie chart for my BL book. the formula is: your present weight x 7 = your daily caloric needs for weight loss
the chart also notes that if you weigh under 150 lbs, plan to eat around 1,050 cal/day; if you are over 300 lbs plan to eat 2,100 cal/day
150.......1,050
160.......1,120
170.......1,190
180.......1,260
190.......1,330
200.......1,400
210.......1,470
220.......1,540
230.......1,610
240.......1,680
250.......1,750
260.......1,820
270.......1,890
280.......1,960
290.......2,030
300.......2,100
could you imagine following this chart and then exercising as much as they do! i don't know how they do it! i woke up hungry during the night. and felt like i had low blood sugar or whatever this morning until i ate. like felt near sick. the book does say the plan works even when not working out crazily like the contestants do. It's a good book if you care to read more, maybe your library has it?
have a SUPER day losers!!
