Gaak and I missed Sher...what's the Walk the Walk tape...is it a treadmill-based exercise tape? I'd never heard of such of a thing...I always thought you were more of a Billy Blanks(is that his name?) -- you know the TAE BO guy--- type of girl.

Jeannie--Billy Blanks is the Tae-Bo guy. He is actually a local Mass guy made good. I met him ages and ages and ages ago. He was the martial arts instructor of a boy I was dating in college. This was when he still had a studio in Quincy, MA, before he went Big Time Hollywood. Very very intense man!

Jeannie! Walk the Walk is an aerobic walking tape by Leslie Sansone. Love it. I tried Tae Bo a few times. Really kicked my butt! I'd like to start it up again.

Sherry, did I tell you I ordered more of Leslie's tapes and her weights? Ordered the 3 mile, and a 10 min. one for abs and a 10 min. on for the butt. (I think I will need to do 10 minutes on each side though )

Update!!

Geoff just called. Man...I can't believe how good he is being about it!!
They spent the day at Epcot. He said they did everything except Universe of Energy, Body Wars and Spaceship Earth.
It is relatively crowded..........it is spring break time!
They used the front of the line passes for Test Track and really liked it.....and they didn't take the passes from them, so they can do it again!
They had dinner at San Angel Inn and enjoyed it. They are tired and going back to the resort.
M'Cori forgot to wear her birthday badge. Hopefully tomorrow.
They did get tickets to an e-night! yay!! Those are so cool.
