Sometimes but I like to use smoked gouda and cheddar on cuban bread (turned inside out) - so good.

Looks easyish... just hope I can find the boston baked beans. I might also add some stuff to it (maybe more nuts and possibly some cayenne pepper? So more like mexican chocolate...
 
Good morning Boo Boo's, how is everyone? I am trying to get everything ready for the taco bar.

Mmm. I want to make a gourmet grilled cheese now. Whole Foods has fancy, organic, unprocessed cheese. I usually do cheap processed American slices, and add pepper jack. Mm.

On my grilled cheese, I like to use mayo instead of butter on the bread. I know it sounds crazy, but try it next time, it makes the most beautiful crust, all brown no burnt edges, and no smoking in your pan, it comes out so pretty!

Mozzarella, Swiss, American, cheddar, and smoked Gouda
