Went to put a trip on a waitlist and it goes to an error page stating that there is something wrong with my account and to call member accounting. My loans were paid off 3 years ago and my fees are paid monthly and they got their December fees. You try to call member accounting and all you get is a quick busy signal and the dues page on DVCmember is down for maintenance. I guess they did not work out the 2015 bugs yet. I need to make this reservation, hopefully I will get it corrected today so I can buy the 2 points I need. I am currently on a 10 minute wait for MS on the phone.

Yea, I've tried to get on the dues page too this morning and it won't open.
 
An abundance of people making their happy payment? We paid our dues last week to avoid the January rush.
 

I finally got through to MA and they said there is nothing wrong with my account and it must be a website issue. Shocking!!! I was able to have MS make my reservation but I am still locked out of doing anything myself.

Its working now, though it seemed to be down when I first tried. Once I got to the actual payment page, things went smoothly.
 
I also had trouble today. Could not get to the dues page. Was not very complimentary on the survey.

I am trying to pay my dues as well but cannot get to the page. I want to get it paid before I forget about it!

I read here that they just redesigned the member services and added some stuff in. Likely to be glitchy until they get the bugs work out :/
 
Finally got in and paid my dues....it shouldn't be this difficult.
 
Wow, went on the DVC site to check for the ticket prices. Once I tried to check on ticket prices it took me to a new DME account with my name on it and wanted me to set it up. It wasn't my regular account. Then I tried to log into DVC site and I couldn't. I've been on the phone with a tech for 30 minutes now and waiting for a call back. She got my login to DVC back, but can't find my original DME account. I"m not happy. I have so much stuff in that account it will be impossible to try to redo it. She finally hung up and said she would call back. Between years of friends, family, magic bands, dining reservations, fast passes, and 6 resort reservations, I cringe trying to redo it all over again. I don't know what happened or why I got a new account attached to me when clicking purchase tickets, but I did. Has anyone else had this happen? She said they've been doing alot of updates and upgrades.
 
From various reports it does sound like they've been doing a lot of behind the scene things and that has included mucking with the databases. Again.
 
Yes after spending a long time on the phone today with a call back, my DVC and MDE accounts were back. Now my MDE account is trashed again. It lets me log on, but it's empty....no info in it at all, it doesn't even show my name! Same for my husband. Just checked my daughter's and nothing is loading on her's either. I'm just trying to book some fastpasses. Guess tomorrow I'll be back on the phone.
