Welcome Letters?

Is anyone still doing welcome letters for resorts?

We are planning a surprise Grand Floridian trip and DS would get a kick out of a letter welcoming him to the resort.

It isn't until July so plenty of time.

His name is Zach and he loves Pooh, Monsters U, Mickey and the gang.

Could someone please let me know if this is possible?
