Yeah I do, look down there. See JUN10 TR in progress?? It's there. Just hidden!
WOW! 2 more trips this year? FABULOUS! We loved BLT!

It's not work the points for a MK view for a studio, anyway. But we are so rarely worrying about the view, it's okay! We only have 200, so we are maximizing by staying in studios while we can. It worked fine. We like a week at WDW, and then .5 week at HHI over New Year's. I would LOVE TO have more points, but it's just not in the budget now.
There is a great stream of pics on Flickr of BLT!!!!
Do you have big plans for your stay at POP?
I see it now! Don't know how I missed it. We only have 210 points, so I see how you can maximize your points by using studios. In 2008 we did 2 trips, one at spring break and one in Oct in studios. However, this past year, they actually rearranged the point allotment to give more points to week days and fewer to weekends. People who wanted to do a weekend complained about the large amount of points required. I however, was maximizing my points by staying a Sunday through Thursday. I also saved points once by staying at OKW instead of SSR and had enough leftover points to bank a little. But now, Sun-Thurs is more points. I thought they'd told us that the amount of points for a 7 day week had not changed, but when I compared the old and new
point charts for various resorts, I found that although the overall allotment for each type of room per YEAR hadn't changed. So some weeks were more points for week days during certain weeks. Some resorts it was a bigger difference than before. Now, I'm terminally short of points to do 2 trips a year without borrowing. For our November trip, we're staying in a 2 bedroom villa, and I'm renting some extra points from a friend's brother. I would LOVE to have more points. The friend whose brother I'm renting points from for Nov, is selling her BCV points. She has 160 for $82 a point!! I wish I could do it, but not with having to come up with $$ for my son's college tuition. He got wait listed at VATech, so he's going to Florida Tech. Big difference in cost.
So far for our week at Pop. The only ADR's I have are O'hana for Saturday the 14th and Chef Mickey for Friday the 13th. I'm torn about whether to keep Chef Mickey. 1. TSMM is closing for a month starting on the 15th, so we only have a few days to get on it and DHS has early EMH that morning. 2. I have 2 character breakfasts 2 days in a row and that seems like much. I'd rather have had them spread out. We used a
travel agent to book this trip since its not a DVC trip and I was way to busy prior to graduation to be able to spend the time working on reservations and ADR's. Its what she could get us. My DH doesn't care for too many ADR's because he doesn't like to have to stop what we're doing mid-stream and rush rush rush to make an ADR (usually way across the park or town). and lastly, this is a superbudget trip. We're eating as budget minded as we can. There will not be unlimited trips to the Margarita walk-up in Mexico

or $75.00-$100 Precious Moment figurines!
We plan to bring our cereal to the food court and eat it there. We can buy milk (but I need lactaid milk) so I might need to buy some at Winn Dixie and keep it in a cooler. I have to start my morning with Fiber One or Kashi. Most every lunch and dinner will be a QS. In fact, lunch might be something as simple as a yogurt and fruit from a walk-up counter in a resort. I noticed one day when Magic Kingdom was way too crowded and we needed to get somewhere for lunch, we discovered a nice little quick service place in the Contemporary. If we have a big breakfast, lunch WILL be something simple like a yogurt and fruit or a bagel etc., because I just can't eat THAT much food. We'll probably skip the restaurant desserts in favor of an ice cream from a cart or at MK at the parlor. Its going to be hard not to head to the pool at SSR for lunch! I'm spoiled by their tuna sandwiches and fruit bowls!
We couldn't get Fantasmic this trip. Sold out. That's ok. I got it for the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, oh and that's another thing. We actually have Chef Mickey for our Thanksgiving dinner. We've never been there, so we thought that would make it even more extra special. I just have to figure out how I would actually get to either our 7:45 Chef Mickey ADR OR early EMH rope drop!!!

We are not early people as you can see by the time I'm writing this.
A man on the August board actually used touring plans (I think) but he calculated for each August day, which park was the least crowded and which was the best to go to AND why. That was such a help. We'll use that as our basic park plan, and hop for late EMH if we're not too tired. Since Heidi will be the only child with us, we'll have to keep the pace appropriate for an 8 year old and spend plenty of pool time and relaxing time. We might try a day at a water park, but I don't know which one would be our best choice. Heidi doesn't swim very well and I'm not a person who likes big drops or too adventurous a water slide. The only Disney water park I've ever been to is the old River Country in 1984.
wow.. this is long. I've also been checking out your photobucket pics, and they're the same ones on facebook. I'm not sure how to comment on them on photobucket.
