Does DVC still mail out a Welcome Kit/ Member Packet? We bought direct in May and have only received our DVC blue card, I’ve called and asked without any help and also have requested the Disney Files publication also.

I just bought RIV in early November over the phone with my kids as new owners. I got the big box with backpacks and DVC members magnets for all of them, the closing documents, and just recently, got the new memberships card for all of us.

The cards were sent to everyone’s address, but the rest just to me. I do not believe there is anything else one gets.

Oh wow we did not receive that but they did mail us a backpack.

I received the backpack and documentation along with the closing documents that needed to be returned. We didn’t get a welcome kit or any magnets.

What is this Welcome kit? We bought way back in 2002, and we got nothing except a "thank you" from our guide. We didn't even get the 4 passes (not Fps back then, maybe they were supposed to be front of the line passes?) we'd been promised. Turns out that "Oops! We're all out-sorry!"
