Welcome Home incentive and trip

Just met with our guide for a tour of the new Island Tower. Asked about incentives and he said they have actually stopped doing the Welcome Home incentive. It sounded like permanent to me, but maybe he just meant for now

He also said that a new benefit they offer for existing members purchasing add-on points is assistance with a Welcome Home booking at the resort where new points are purchased.

That’s interesting, when I talked to my guide and added poly points he did mention something about a guide hold on a room but I didn’t need it for 2025.

One of my biggest questions about the Tower being part of PVB was how they’d accommodate the many pre-existing PVB owners without blocking out Tower buyers eager to stay in their new place. Apparently DVD figured out they could book those Tower buyers into developer inventory if declared inventory was insufficient. Seems to be working!
