Hi All!

Boarding weather was superb this afternoon -- temps about 75 degrees and sunny weather. We departed on time but feel like we're rockin and rollin' right now. Its not too bad but noticable.

Since we have our granddaughters with us, we have the PLAP rotation for dining and are on the early seating. A bit noisy for my tastes but it is for the good of the cruisers with older children.

I met up with one DIS cruiser, Linda and Joe, when we were going to the stateroom to change for the show. Missed the DIS meet. :(

We have the Unlimited Internet Package so I'll try to check this thread to see if anyone has questions that I might be able to check out for you before we leave the ship.

We're booked for a couple's massage tomorrow morning and looking forward to it!

Lisa

:sunny: Thanks for the info. Have a great time. Let us know how the couples massage was.

Lisa,

Wishing you smooth seas (and right now please), great weather and a week of making Magical memories.

Hope you have a great time! We were booked on this cruise and then had to move our trip to September, so all day I have been thinking how I was 'suppose' to be on the Magic right now!

I will probably be thinking about it all week! :(

But I hope all of you have a wonderful trip! And now I only have 7 more months to wait!
:sunny:

Lisa,

Wishing you sun and pixie dust the entire trip!:sunny: We just got off today, and the depression is setting in.

Yes, they are still offering the 10% off as well as the $200 stateroom credit.........for all but the summer of 2005 dates:mad:

Enjoy your trip, it goes way too fast!

Have a fabulous cruise! I'll be interested in the couples massage. We have one booked as well.

Lisa, if you happen to be at Shutters, could you please check out the issue regarding them loading digital camera cards to CDs? Several people have mentioned that the Navigators say this may be possible, but I would like to know for sure if they do this (specifically for a Compact Flash card, if that isn't too much trouble) and what the cost is. This will greatly help me determine if I need to buy another card or two (or three, lol) before our vacation.

Thanks so much,
Linda

Lisa - thanks for checking in. I love the live reports.

Have a MAGICal week!

Have a great time. We will be sailing 3/6 on the Magic. Could you please check if there is a Ladies Night at the Spa during a 7 night cruise. Thank you

Lisa, have a great cruise and enjoy. Thank you for checking in on us.
Favor, if you have a minute or two, can you inquire about the summer of '05 - ask them about it or try rebooking while on board - there are many of us waiting for this "announcement"/plans. Just curious about what they tell you. TIA.

And don't spend too much time in the internet cafe! :teeth:
If you are in Treasure Catch, and you happen to check out the Italian charms, I would be interested to know what they have that relates to the cruise.....(but I am OK with surprises too, so only if you are in there looking anyway!)
Have a blast!:Pinkbounc

Before I came down to the cafe, I stopped by Shutters to get that exact information.

The Shutters CM wasn't all that knowledgable (IMO) and seemed unsure of her answers but this is what information she had regarding this subject.

Shutters will transfer images from your CF card to CD for $14.95. What she was truly unsure about was the number of images they will allow on that transfer and may charge for a second CD (double the cost). She didn't really know what she was talking about in my opinion because a 512 MB card WILL fit on a single CD - so what's the deal? She was confusing the issue with some people take low resolution images therefore, their CF card may have 300 images on it.

I have a 1 GB card that isn't full yet and I have 250 images on it at my highest jpg resolution with my 6+ megapixel camera.

At least you know that they will do the transfer -- she just isn't sure at what rate.

If I run out of memory, I may be able to test those waters for you.

:)

We did the AFB couples massage that was $288. Don't remember what the initials stood for but it was a 45 minute massage to the back of your body and a facial as well. I believe total time was about 90 minutes.

My masseuse was Marcia and she was great -- so much so, that I booked myself a well-being massage with her for tomorrow morning!

We also have the weeklong pass to the Rainforest. The steamrooms were awesome! The scented, heavy steam was my favorite.

This is an area of utmost importance for us too! My step-son and fiance have planned their wedding for July, 2005 and are waiting for the cruise announcements from Disney so they can book their honeymoon.

If I hear anything, I'll be sure to post it for you!
