Welcome Center hours at Disney Springs?

Some friends have some ticket vouchers to exchange for tickets, and I suggested they do so at the Welcome Center in Disney Springs instead of waiting until their first park day. What time is the Welcome Center open until at night?

It used to close at 11pm when it was located next to co-op. I'm not really sure what time it closes now that it's in the welcome center but it'll be later, just not all the way until closing.
