The furnishings I bought yesterday on VMK aren't appearing in my inventory, and I suddenly have more credits than I remember leaving with... but I'm pretty sure it is not the same amount with which I began my shopping spree. Can anyone explain what happened?
 
did you dc shortly after buying these items? sometimes I've dc'd and it still let's me do stuff like buy thing or move furniture for a few minutes, and when i get back everything is moved back.

How should I go about doing this?

I visited the VMK Help Tool on their website, and I chose the "other" option from the list of common problems, since mine didn't seem to fit any of their descriptions. After having typed out my situation in the "details of 'other'" section, it is now telling me that "no FAQs could be found matching [my] problem." What do I do now?! :confused3

Is there another way to contact them?
 
There should still be a continue button (or something similar) on that "no FAQ" screen

I tried that several times, and I keep getting an error. I'll reboot and see if anything changes. Thanks. :)
 
It's been almost 48 hours since I sent for VMK's help, and no response yet. Most recently, I notice an extra popcorn pin that I bought a few days ago is now missing from my inventory. :( I hope this doesn't continue with some of my rare items...
 
Hmm, I would change your password just in case. the same thing happened with my friend. when she changed the password it stopped!
 
I received a message back from VMK, and it states...

"Hi there,

We have checked our records and the item(s) you mention are in the
account."

Well, yes, they are there now. After it being five days, I finally had enough credits to repurchase my items. I was worried I would never get a response, since I've seen most people refer to their contact menu as the "black hole." I'd still like a reimbursement of the credits I wasted to make my original purchases.

I was quite specific in my note to VMK, but shouldn't they have a log or history of my recent purchases? :confused: Ugh, I give up.
