Weird ticket ?

So I know that normal 1, 2, or ? day ticket prices can be applied to the cost of AP if you upgrade it.

We have always just done the FL Res AP so we've never had to do that before. However one of my daughter's is competing in a cheer competition in March at WDW. Included with their package is a 3 day ticket.

I'm wondering if that will be a ticket that I can use to upgrade to AP and renew hers that way? or if since it is a cheer comp ticket does it fall into some other category and so it will just be wasted for us?

I was hoping to just delay renewing hers to at least get some value out of the provided ticket. Going to be a big bummer if we can't.

Many times group or convention tickets cannot be upgraded or changed. It would depend on if she has a special ticket like this.

Okay. Thanks I really don't know. I only know that they get a 3 day park hopper ticket.

Almost all youth groups (band, cheerleading, youth seminars, sports teams, etc.) are on packages with tickets that cannot be modified or upgraded.

The tickets, if issued as separate cards, generally have the printing "youth" or "yes" (Youth Educational Series), or "sports" on them.

Agree that it is most likely not able to be applied to an upgrade.

When my son went on his senior trip I was hoping to save the ticket purchased with his school package & apply it to his AP renewal but was not able.
