Weird question about our magic bands and tickets

Okay, quick question. So there are 3 groups of us going to the World in June and July. There are 3 different rooms, but my family is all in the same room. I have assigned the tickets to the people, and the magic band have been ordered, but when I go to the website to look at our magic bands, it shows 4 in the order for my family of 4. It has 4 that are customized, but it only shows 3 of them that I can select or manage the status on. It is like my daughter has no magic band although it shows 4 on order.
Any thoughts?

Does your daughter have her own MDX account? If so, her MB is listed there because you don’t manage her account.
 
It is possible that you are not the person who "manages" your daughters profile. Does your wife or other family member have MDE account that possibly is in charge of that child? If so they can give you permission to plan for her.

Also possible the Disney IT is just being buggy.

When you are linked, you can book FPs for everyone. Hardware (MBs/tickets) are linked to Profiles in the MDX accounts where people are managed.

You don’t have to “manage” anyone to plan for them. If you booked FPs for every person in your total group, that means you are linked to everyone.

So does that mean I should have access to see her magicband and ticket? If I have customize it to put the name and color, then get back out of that page, I have 3 showing with ticket # and she is not there.

How old is she and did she ever go to WDW without you?

If so, she either had her own MDX account, is managed by someone else, or there is a glitch. But because you have booked FPs for her and have customized a MB for her, she is probably managed by someone other than you.

She is 15, and we haven't been since 2007, well before Magic bands and MDX. I'll bet she is managed by someone else, I will check my mother's account.
 
I will call after lunch again. I just got off the phone, they show her customization and her tickets, but don't know why I can't see them. They assured me they will send a magic band for her. It may be because my brother's tickets are from shades of green, although ours aren't. It may cause a mistake in the system, but I will call again to find out.
 
So I did call and the lady was very rushed and quick to answer my question even before I finished asking it. She said the 3 cards showing are my cards from 11 years ago, but she showed all 4 of our magic bands as ordered. They shipped the bands today, so they are showing her band now on my page, but only 3 of our tickets. We will make sure we have copies of everything.
