Weird phone calls

Thank you for getting that info. If those are the complaints, this is a nothing burger. I have never gotten one of these calls, though I have gotten some "Sell Your Timeshare" calls.
I refi’d my house 2 years ago, locking in a 2.5% rate With JP Morgan Chase. To this day, I get at least 3 or 4 junk letters every week offering me “great opportunities“ from sub-prime lenders to “get out” of my current mortgage with interest rates (now) “as low as” 4.5%. 🤷‍♂️

I just got this weird call TONIGHT. Claimed to be some attorney representing multiple owners that want to sue the Disney Vacation Resorts. Told him there was no such entity as the Disney Vacation Resorts and he said, um sorry, I mean the Disney Vacation Development. Ok, good enough, I guess.

He goes on to ask, did I know that Disney was renting out the timeshare units at a steep discount to the public? I quickly interrupt and say, oh absolutely, that's how we can use our points to go on Disney Cruises, Adventures by Disney, and timeshare exchanges, among other things (not that I ever did or would). Disney has to take those points and rent them out for me so that I can use those points for other things.

He then says, but is that written in your contract? I reply, yes it is. He says, it is? Yep.

Long pause.

He then reluctantly says, seems like you are happy with Disney and I said no complaints. I will take you off our calling list then. :rotfl2:
This is the same call I received about a week ago. I told them they had every right to and then hung up.
