Weird MDE app issue

So, I just noticed when I open the MDE app on my phone or iPad, all times are showing an hour earlier than they are - an 1145am lunch reservation shows as 1045, for example, and 1:50-2:50 FP showing as 12:50-1:50pm. This is affecting every reservation for my 5 day March trip. If I log in on a computer or the browser on either device, everything is correct - it's just the app that's wrong.

Is this happening to anyone else?
 
Are you in the Central time zone right now? Maybe it is pulling the local time from your phone and showing your times in Central instead of Eastern time.

My guess would be a time zone issue on the app. As long as it is right when you log in online I wouldn't worry about it personally. If you want to be sure I'd upload a screen cap of the correct reservation to an online storage site you can access from your phone.
 
There's a glitch in the system. First reported here yesterday and also on another forum site.

I've been adding and canceling ADRs for the past week, for a trip in three weeks, and my times are correct. I only use the app and am in the PST zone.

I am in ET - so I think it's the glitch. When I click on each individual entry, the correct time does come up. Weird. Hope they fix it.
 
Yes, me too.

Made HoopDeDoo ADRs for 6 guests for the 6:15 show on June 30.

The computer version of MDE shows the correct time and number of guests.
The iPhone MDE app shows a 5:15 show and only one guest.

I am in the same time zone as WDW
 
I'm having the same issues. I happened to be on the phone adding a person to our ADDs and the CM was clueless. Times were shown an hour early on the MDE screen where all the ADRs are listed, but if you bring them up one by one, they show the correct time. Strange.
 
It's doing the same thing on my Iphone as well. I clicked each one just to make sure the tomes were correct and they were.

It's been doing one hour earlier today. Yesterday, it was two hours off!
 
Ours was one hour earlier as well. I am in central time zone. We called Disney and everything was right on their end, so I guess we shall see how it works out.
 
OP, was this ever resolved? My app suddenly started doing the same thing yesterday.

This doesn't have anything to do with current times or time change. I'm an east coaster, same time zone, everything suddenly switched. And it doesn't make sense if it's DST related - 4 pm is still 4 pm. We don't pre-adjust. :)
 
I hope there will be a MDE update before my late March trip. The fact that they are correct within the reservation makes me feel a little bit better. At least I will have backup if there are issues.

Mine are only correct on the computer. :( Even when I pull up the ADR individually, still has wrong time. I'm not too worried, just frustrated. Like I said in an earlier post, still have to call anyway because the app won't let me cancel ADRs.
 
My FP+ times are correct on the app but wrong on laptop. It shows the old times plus the updated ones (I changed a few). So it shows 5 a day. If only...
 
Mine is doing the same thing now. The MDE app is showing all of my ADR's and FP+'s one hour ahead of what they should be, and I am on eastern time. I am at work and can't check the website, but I am going to do that tonight. If they are wrong on the site I'll call and see what they can tell me. I just don't want to have a problem once I arrive.
