weird incident at WL pool--should I report this to someone?

I would still report it because you never know if it seems far fetched, you never know if it is a continuing thing that is going on there. Whereever there are children, there are bound to be people trying to use them and you can never be too careful. I would let Disney know even if it probably was innocent, you never know in this world. You should report this very suspicious incident to the hotel management without further delay. Thank goodness your children are okay, but what if this girl is local (or is involved in a scam with others) and approaches other innocents?
