I forgot to post this the other day when I booked my ressie...
The CM who answered asked for my name and began looking me up in the system. Then she asked me to verify my address and said "oh, there you are." When she started to move forward with my reservation request, she said something like "none of these people have titles -- the computer is going to make me add titles for all of them." She was very apologetic, and asked me to hold.
After a few minutes she came back and said "I'm sorry that took so long -- there were 15 records to update." I asked whose records and she said "all the people from your Grand Gatherings."
My what?????
I asked her what some of the names were and she said, "Oh, I'm sure you'll remember them" and proceeded to rattle off a bunch of names I'd never heard. Yet somehow they're all linked to my name and address, and I'm supposedly part of a Grand Gathering that took place in 2002!
