For my teenage I though "My hair - my choice!" or something like that.

That works here! My DD is a hairstylist- right now she has pinkish red hi- lights in her really blonde hair(looks very cute). DS19 just left for a haircut- he is my rocker and his hair is really long. DS 17 had a real mohawk all summer. They are great kids! with wild hair!
I'm still thinking of what to do for my spot- those are great ideas!

Mazda- I spent a summer in South-End_on-Sea and I remeber spending time on High Street and the Saturday parade with the "Hair" I think thats a great topic!

Believen-choose your battles right? Most of the teens I know with the "Hair" are or will/have turned out to be great kids!
So far DS just wants to grow it longer than it should be and still look good. Thank goodness we go to a Christian school and there are limits.

Would you belive I've never been to Southend? (But I do know a co-worker who lives there). What were you doing there? (If that's not nosey).

ETA Is everyone OK with "let it snow" for winter, even if they don't live somewhere snowy? I know my DS's always want it to snow and it rarely does! And can I assume as we've signed up for Christmas we're all OK with Christmas Does "Christmas Cookies" work for everyone? I've got some lovely embellishments left form a recipe swap which would work so well :

Hi everyone,

Because of the size of this swap and it’s proximity to the holidays I thought it would be a good idea to post prototypes to help keep us all on track. I need to receive all of these on time as a large number of people are counting on these pages as holiday gifts so I need to be able to swap them out quickly and get them to everyone before the holidays. Prototypes need to be posted by November 8th. Any prototypes spots not posted by November 15th will be angeled, that way it will give me enough time to either make up for the group or find an angel.

I’m very excited about this being my first round as hostess and really want it to be a success for everyone! Thanks for all of your support

Checking in. I'll have these prototyped and hopefully will be finishing them up at SDV that first weekend in November.

Well I live where it gets snowy - so my vote doesn't count...I like Christmas cookies...
