Weird and silly Wednesday

I hereby declare today as Weird and Silly Wednesday. It all started in the Haunted Mansion attic with a fellow Dis'er trying her best to dance with Gus. No names being mentioned of course, I'm not the kiss and tell type. I've always found Gus to be more the hide and seek type of ghost dude, but she did manage to get him to hold still for a quick spin. I witnessed a few other strange events, none of which I was a part of, of course. . Something about hiding behind ice pillars...
Oh.. and for the record, my son just educated me on the breathing technique of salamander's. Apparently they breathe through their skin? Who knew? Anyone else have any weird or silly things happen today? Inquiring minds want to know!
Ok, just one strange mind, but I'm sure others will be entertained.

I don't find the following extremely odd, however the rest of you probably would. I also want to preface by mentioning I have been at work all day, am still there in fact...

Weird thing number one: During surgery on hand, patient told a joke that I can not repeat here. Weird because most people can not imagine telling the staff jokes during their surgical procedure.

Weird thing two: I just remembered and you guys won't find this as funny as I did. One of the girls I work with is a real tom-boy and wears baseball caps a lot. Well she didn't like her hair today so she comes in the back where the OR's are and she had put her hair cover, (the poufy blue thing we have to wear) over her baseball cap. The bill of the cap was sticking out and the rest could be seen through the hair cover. Made me LOL.

I apologize if no one but me finds either of these events the least bit funny.

Granted, I crack jokes during medical exams and surgery. I currently have been dared to shout, "WOO!" during my next annual physical and mammogram.

But the hat thing is really funny! I do have to wonder just how bad her hair was! I mean, a bad hair day when you already have hat hair?

anyway, i went into the Sci-Fi Dine-In today and this girl, who was sitting in the blue car with some boy, says: "i have the cutest and richest boy friend so sorry girls" and the boy says "woo yeah" (something like that, anyway)...i though it was the weirdest thing. even other VMKers were starting to say "..ok", ect.

I guess then I will declare Friday trouble day. I got in trouble by a condutor on the Disneyland train because I told him I couldn't leave without my parents (my brother ran away)
