I have a number of ADRs booked for November, and when I tried to cancel some reservations I get messages either saying "It's too close to the reservation time to cancel,"or "We are unable to cancel your reservation at this time." This has been going on for a few weeks now and I keep hoping it will just cancel, but no luck so far.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you fix it? I've tried closing down the app/website and restarting but that didn't help.
