Although this is DEFINITELY more appropriate for WISH, I'm going to answer you here because I want anyone who's having this same problem (but maybe too shy to ask) to see the answer.
YES.
That 7 points a day is making a difference. Not necessarily in your appetite, but it IS making a difference. What people don't realize is that NOT eating enough is just as detrimental to weight loss as eating too much.
Basically, by not giving your body enough food, you're telling it "WHOAH! You need to save up some of this energy, cause you ain't gettin' anymore!" So instead of metabolising the food, your body stores it.
This is coming from a WW staff member, so please know that the advice is official, and I would tell members at the meeting the same thing.
Another tip is to work your flexpoints. I don't just mean use them, I mean WORK them. On the first day of your week (when your flexpoints reset to 35), don't use any. The second day, use 3 or 4. The third day use 5 or 6. The fourth day, go back to not using any. Your body will adjust to constancy, and it will show at the scale. If you shake things up by not giving yourself the same food everyday, and a different number of POINTS everyday, you'll see results much quicker.
Sarah - my advice for you (whether or not you want it - again, so anybody else in your position sees

) is to NOT deprive yourself. If you want a Mickey bar, have one. Want a cookie? Have one. But just do it in moderation. Split things if you can. The portions at Disney are HUGE. Learn your limits. If your body is telling you it's had enough food, then stop eating. The most important tip is to get rid of the "I need to get my money's worth" mentality. Eating at Disney World is expensive, but look at it this way: food can go to waste, or it can go to waist....YOURS!
