You can make your own using landscape tubing and tape from any home center place. Just google it. Very simple.

Word of warning though: START SLOWLY. You will be bruised up by the weighted hoop.

I bought a 2.5lb weighted hula-hoop at walmart - $19.96.

The weighted tones and tightens the abs much better than a non weighted one.

Zerosinthecloser-I did google it, but there was no place near me that I could find, but I will be in the US in a couple of weeks and thought I might locate one. the only ones I can find nearby are the plastic play ones.
