Hi everyone. I am debating doing weight watchers online for 4 months. They are having a special going on now, but anyway. I am 120 lbs and 5'1, and I have been wanting to lose 10 lbs for the last 3-5 years now, pretty much since I started college. I am not overweight for my height, but I'm extremely unhappy with my lower body. I will admit that I make excuses for myself in regards to exercise (I'm tired, I worked late, I don't feel like it, I don't feel well, the list goes on) and I know I need to work on my exercise/motivation - my eating habits are decent, but I fall apart when I get home after work. I bring a healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks, but when I get home all hell breaks loose as I raid the kitchen. Since I have a desk job, I notice that my weight is being distributed differently now and it has to stop before it is too late!
Anyway, what do you all think of weight watchers to lose 10 lbs? Is that too extreme? I know I have to make changes in my life to see results, and I need to do it soon. Thoughts about WW for 10 lbs loss?
