I have gone to WW many times in the past. I have decided to try it on my own this time b/c it is not as easy as it once was to get to meetings. Anyway I was just wondering. My friend who weighs 179 and it is NOT me told me that they told her she has only 19 pts per day and no extra points per week! She decided not to go. Could this be true? I was always told we needed to EAT all of our points and not under eat but if this is true I just wonder how it would work out. Does more weight come off or do you just end up at a stand still earlier?
If I'm just weighing myself I'll be pretty easy on myself for overeating but there I never want them to think I'm not following the program.
