Weight + Universal Studios

Hello all!

This year, we have a day planned out at Universal Studios in September. I am 5'7 and my weight is around 235-240 pounds. I am heavier in the buttom area and smaller in the chest/tummy area. I was wondering if I will have any difficulties fitting in rides like The Simpsons, Jurrassic Park, Twister, Jaws, The Mummy, ET? I'm not a big roller coaster fan, Expedition Everest at Disney is really the max I will get on.

I was just wondering since I'm a little stressed out at not having a good time!

Any info will be greatly appreciated!!!

You should be good. At about 260 I fit on everything. The only one in that list you may have a problem with would be the Mummy but even that I think you will be fine. There is a test seat outside for you to try out but you should be good.

Edit: Of the rides you mentioned I would avoid the front seat of JP...it has less leg room. It may not affect you but at 6 ft I have issues sittin there.

Last time I went to Florida in December of 2009, I am 5-11 and I was around the 260 mark (I"m now at 220 and hope by this December when I return I'll be 200-210, down from a high mark of 300). The only ride at Universal I rode that I had issues with was the Hulk. Thta's it. I didn't ride the Mummy however so I don't know about that one.

Backseat of The Mummy is for the Shreck size people like me.I'm 5'9 around 240,ish and have no problem with the ride.Also its alot better ride then EE-imo.
