Weight loss ticker question

Okay, fellow DIS Wishers...how do I change my weight loss on my ticker? I am very computer literate, but this one has me stumped.

You have to create a new ticker every time you wish to change it.

actually if you make your ticker at www.tickercentral.com than you can log into your account and edit your tickers as you lose
