I know this isn't technically about DCL but I have having so much trouble with motivation on eating healthier. I lost weight and was in great shape at the end of 2019. Then 2020 hit........we all know what happened then. Combine a year of basically sitting at my kitchen table working from home, being super cautious about going out at all because husband is high risk, and generally being down in the dumps about hearing about deaths and worrying about DH and my elderly parents, I ate. And sat on my behind.
I am doing WW. I get about 3 days in then lose all motivation and end up eating cr*p. I would love to know if there is a support board here. I swear I remember one on the Disbords a while back. I'm using my cruise as a motivator but it just ain't getting it done.
