This is great! I know I'll do so much better if I'm being held accountable for my weight loss. I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks and I'm hoping to be down to 140 when I do this weekend.
That being said, I want to make sure that we put emphasis on doing this the healthy way! I know that I personally want to lose weight and get in better shape for the Disney Princess Half Marathon, which is the first athletic thing I've done in my life. So I want to make sure I'm still eating enough, and the right things!
