This has been my best week !!! I have lost a grand total of 11 pounds since Jan 04th

I had a poor week last week and gained 2 pounds

. I was a little put off by that and I think it made me more determined to work off more pounds.
I think my success this week was drinking 8 glasses of water a day, keeping my visits to the gym. walking and working on cardio and most of all not putting junk food in my mouth...: Also I think smaller portions helped with the cravings. Good luck everyone !!! 9 more pounds to go before DW on the 13th of March.....
Here's to a great week for everyone! I made veggie soup and baked sweet potatoes yesterday to try & stave off the Super Bowl snacks.
Does anyone make the veggie soup? I do, but don't follow the WW recipe exactly, I use what veggies are on hand and make it spicy w/ cayenne pepper and Frank's Hot Sauce.

It's easy to throw in the crock pot too, I try to make a big enough batch on Sunday to last all week.
