Weight issues.

There's really not a healthy way to do what you're wanting to do.

I suggest biking, but don't over work yourself. Just be patient.
 
Lunges are really good. But be ready for some PAIN.

Yeah, all I can say is excercise and eat healthy.
I'm not overweight, but I wanted to lose some weight.
So I run and do a bunch of crunches and whatnot, and it's making a difference.
Just stick with it.

"Get skinny quick"... those things don't work.
You might lose some weight, but not only will you gain it back, you're putting your body at risk. And that's just dumb.

i never said it was healithy. she said she wanted 2 loose weight quick for track and i gave her a way. i even said that i dont recomend it.

um stairs hurt like hell, even if you are in shape. And running up hills works your butt and thighs. Also as someone else said Chicken legs are not attractive. I like my legs they are toned, but i also play 2 sports. field hockey and volleyball, they are both good sports for your legs because all the power for both is coming from your legs. And it helps to loose weight or get in shape if you are passionate about it or if you are doing something you love like playing a sport.

I wish i could run :( I miss running.
 
my sister has the same problem. she plays sports and she is always running for feild hockey, but her legs do not get any smaller. if you are a skinny person with a bigger lower body, than most of your body from the waist down is muscle. my sister is the only one in my family that has that problem and i've watched her struggle with it and there is nothing she can do about. as long as it isn't like jiggling than she doesn't care anyway. like she has huge legs but it's hard muscle. seriously we call her thunder thighs cause they are big. but if it's muscle then you aren't going to be able to change much about it. where as if it's fat then working out is only going to turn the fat into muscle and the problem isn't going to change. . . .
obviously this doesn't help you much but i'm just warning you, don't expect much of a change. . .
 
I cant do lunges. Something is wrong with my knee.


But i tried pilates. I cant stay still though!
 
it may have a lot to do with you growing. If your bodies still growing it can do weird stuff!!
