Weight issues.

well, have you ever seen an irish dancers legs? theyre great. you could try irish dance (i probably only thought of that because i do it and get compliments on my legs)

another one is pilates. you could go out and buy a dvd of pilates excercises, and do them. you know, pilates is really really quick...


Irish Dancer's legs are awesome. I should know I have some. lol.

But yeah. Just do work outs that you don't use your upper body.

ok loosing weight fast is not good or safe but ill tell u how i dropped like 10 pounds in like 2 days. first no breakfast or lunch. i nevr ate lunch so i found it easy. second work out. i played basketball all day and i lifted weights and ran and ran. that dropped me 10 pounds. not safe but yeah

i dont know how you did that; when i dont eat, i cant even get up a flight of stairs

Its probably muscle. Chicken legs are not very attractive IMO.
 
I wouldn't try that. Can't that make you faint? Not eating and then vigorous work-out?
 
Dance & Soccer.
My sister plays soccer. And her and I both dance.
Her legs look really good, im jealous.
 
I don't think there are anythings in the world that would help you lose the extra stuff on your legs (in a short amout of time)
 
pilates are fantastic.
try an oliptical at a gym. you know...the "skii-ing" machine.
 
i dont do that all the time. accualy i only did it once. but idk i guess i went through somthing that mad me. o well thank god i dont do that all the time

our legs really just get worked out in the bottom part. my thighs are terrible but other wise I also get great compliments on my legs too.
