Hi guys. I know I have bothered you enough with these threads, but this came to me. I need some help. I weigh a lot for my age, but it doesn't show. ( I won't tell you how much I weigh )

My upper body is skinny, but my lower body ( thighs, legs ) are really like...not skinny. I've tried dieting, exercising, but nothing works! I have recently lost 10 pounds, because I have been doing P.E in school. But it only comes off my upper body making me look like a skinless chicken! My thighs are EXTREMELY fat. People tease me about it alot. Because were supposed to wear shorts for track, but my legs are always so huge and everyone elses are soooo skinny. All I want to do is lose all the fat of my legs. Any suggestions?
 
well, have you ever seen an irish dancers legs? theyre great. you could try irish dance (i probably only thought of that because i do it and get compliments on my legs)

another one is pilates. you could go out and buy a dvd of pilates excercises, and do them. you know, pilates is really really quick...

Pilates.
Yoga is good too.

We are doing both in our PE class.
It really is painful the first few times but after awhile you start to feel alot better. :]

I love pilates and yoga.
Pilates if more for your stomach but it's still good.

Have you tried running, or biking is good.
 
i just thought of another: running.

Running is cardio. Running burns all over. It's the easiest way to lost weight. So most likely if she runs, she'll gain more muscle in her legs (making them look more and more like they do now) and lose more weight on the top.

Anyways:

Lunges
Leg lifts
Squats.

Make sure you stretch first.
 
ROFL, heck yeah. But right now im at my grandparents. There like...deaf. LOL. So they wouldnt give a crap if i did it or not.

very very slowly.
That would be boring though.

My dad runs and hell yes it does give you muscle after a while, but you can lose weight as well as tone up i think.
