weigh in-first week of induction

I finished my first week of Atkins induction. I started at 203, and today I am 197. So I lost 6 LBS.

Today I will start my second week. Here is what I am going to eat:

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese

Lunch: 3 chicken strips coated with egg then dipped in parm cheese and pan fried in olive oil.
****this dish is so yummy.

Dinner: cheese steak (as in Philly style)

Snack: cucumber salad

The Parm chicken really saved my this week. It was so good, it was hard to believe the dish is almost carb free. I planned to make a big batch this weekend so that I have it onhand to eat during the week.

So I did a loose version of Atkins for 3 weeks and lost 13LBS, then I joined wish and started induction, and lost another 6LBS.
My total weight loss is 19LBS in 4 weeks. I love Atkins!!!

First , Congrats on the weight lose! I am on Atkins and I LOVE IT too!, 2nd 19lbs - you need to grab yourself a clippie! and I bet if you wait a day or 2 you will need a 20lb clippie!!!! But heck I'd grab the 15lb now and then do the new clippie dance in a few days!! 3rd that chicken strips really does sound yummy I think I'm gonna make a batch myself to have on hand for the wknd::yes::

Great job and thanks for the helpful recipes! I'm gonna try that chicken.
 

Thanks for the recipe...I was starting to get bored with my induction foods! Sounds yummy!
