We've usued them several times and have always been absolutely thrilled. They will set up a specific time with you for delivery, so you don't have to wait around all day or anything. I don't think they have ever been more than 10 minutes ahead or behind our agreed upon time. On our last trip, we arrived around 11p.m. and had them deliver our stuff at 9a.m. the next morning, which worked out great. They usually come to you straight from the store, so there is no need to refrigerate things. We've purchased lots of cold items (milk, frozen foods, etc.) and they have always been cold when they were delivered. I don't know about beer, since we've never ordered any. What I really like is that you can choose the store they shop at for you. We usually choose the Wal-Mart Supercenter, since we are familiar with their selection and prices. We really can't say enough good things about this service and the people who run it in the Disney area. We will use it on every trip from now on!
