Easy way to tell before you post is to click on the "Preview Post" button.
Right click on your picture and select "Properties".
Find the pop-up Properties or Element Properties window (depends upon Browser).
Look for Dimensions (pixels).
If under 800 x 600 or 600 x 800 you're A-OK! Go ahead and post.
