Here is a Dis "morality" situation for y'all to think about. We have lived in this house for 3+ years. I still receive mail (usually junk) for the previous owner. I throw it all out. Twice now I have received a mailer for the previous owner from Victoria's Secret with a gift card for a free pair of basic underwear..no name on the card, just FREE.

WWYD? Toss it, try to find out where the owner lives (I have no idea), or waltz into VS with the card in hand and pick out a nice new pair of undies? Hmmmmmmm?

I'd throw out the junk mail or put something like "return to sender-not at this address" or something. That should cut out the junk you don't want. As for the gift cards, I agree with PP. If there's not a name on it, then it's meant for you! Usually those types of things have the name and "or current occupant" or something on the outside. It's the previous person's responsibility to update their account information.

OK, does anyone know where I got these coupons for $1 off Ray O Vac batteries? I printed 4 of them yesterday, and I have no idea if I got them from this thread or another BB thread?

Anyway, I was in Target today, and they are selling Ray O Vac batteries in their Dollar section. So they would be FREE with the coupon. If I knew where I got them from..Anyone know?

So I never understood this... it says "one coupon per purchase". does this mean I can only get one package of batteries and use one coupon on a time? I can't get 5 packages and use 5 coupons in one purchase?

If the coupon says:

1 per transaction you rmay only use 1 coupon per ringing up and cashing out.

1 per purchase you may use 1 coupon per 1 item purchased

so in this instance you can buy 5 packages and use 5 coupons.

Does the label say "to old owner or current resident"? If so, it's your mail now. Usually catalogs are sent out third class mail, so they do not get forwarded.

Argggg....every time I try to print these, it shuts my computer down. I even went to their webpage and tried it and it did the same thing.

Hmm..I just printed off 8 more and the only problem is that it is a PDF file and it was slow to load...I would be really ticked off if it turned my computer off, it takes mine about 10 minutes to reboot.

I used mine at two Targets today-4 at each-no problems at all. In fact, I just noticed the coupon says Alkaline, and the first store I just bought the regular Ray O Vacs. The regular has 4 AA or 4AAA, the Alkaline only has two..but they're free!!

What if you copied the coupon into another file and then printed from there?
