So not to put baby down, they are doing a lot of posts, but where are the freebies? I can't print out the coupons and I'm bad with them anyway.

All the posters that used to seek out the really good freebies are gone. It takes a lot of work and then they would get a bunch of flak over chitchatting in the thread so they gave up.

I have been a freebie person since the mid 90's when I got my first PC and Internet. Freebies are very sparse anymore, not just on here but on all reputable sites I frequent... it is another sign of the state of our economy. Freebies cost the companies quite a lot, between production, handeling, shipping, and so on... before the downward economy they were pretty generous... now not so much.

Hopefully we will truly begin a recovery and we can get back to running to the mailbox daily!

Nowdays I print every high value coupon I can find and get great deals and sometimes free (or nearly free) items that way... that seems to be what a lot of manufacturers are doing/giving nowdays.

I figured it was partly the economy, I too have done freebies for a log time only to se my favorite sites change. But I never see the regular posters here anymore. I heard they went to facebook but I don't know what freebie group they are in!
