Good Morning my fellow WISHers!! How are you all doing? Hope everyone has had a great week.

For me the weight stayed the same, for which, I am extremely greatful as I was beyond bad last weekend. ;) I was just hoping to not gain so to the exact same numbers was OK with me. :teeth: This week will be better and I've got my eye on a new clippie, only .8 away.

Have a great week everyone - Onward and Downward!

I hit the scale on Friday and lost -1.8 this week!! It moved me into a new "decade" and after being in the last one for 6 months, I hope I pass through this one a lot faster!!

Have a great week everyone!

My first check in since before our move. The bad news is that I gained a few lbs as the move approached. The good news is that those lbs are gone now! :teeth: I hope to never let them come back!
Now that we're pretty well settled in, I'm trying to get back on track with my plan. I tried not to stray too much during the move, but wasn't always as successful as I would have liked. It's amazing how quickly those old eating patterns can creep beck into the daily routine if you're not careful. I feel a lot better about how I've been eating the past week or so & I think that's how I got rid of the lbs I gained. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to keep moving downward now that I'm getting back on track. I haven't seen a new clippie in quite a while now & I'd sure like to see a new one soon.

Hi:wave:
Just 1/2 lb for me, I have been maintaining for weeks now, so at least it's a move in the right direction:hyper: .
:wave2:

After an intentional BLOW THE DAY Saturday, I weighed in Monday and have LOST another 1 lb.!! That makes 44.5 total lost so far and, .5 away from a new clippie! Gosh, those clippies are such great rewards, aren't they? :teeth:

:sunny:

I maintained this week & I am trying not to be disappionted!! I guess after last week getting the new clippe & loosing 2lb - I should have expected things to settle - it had been a LONG time since I had lost more than 1lb in a week.

Here's hoping to be going down by next week!
Good luck to all,
Claire:wave:

I've been following the Weight Watchers plan for the last four weeks. My first goal was to lose 10 pounds by my son's wedding, which is this Saturday. Well, when I weighed in last night, I've lost 12.4 lbs!!

I was nervous because we didn't have a meeting last week because of Memorial Day. But even with the holiday and grad parties, I managed to lose 4.8 lbs. in those weeks by sticking to the plan, drinking my water and exercising!

Congrats to all the fellow "losers" !!

Edie

I really was bad this week, I had about 8 slimfasts, but last week's weigh in was probably unusually high due to TOM and swollen muscles from gardening..but I'll take the loss of 3 pounds to make me at 188...hoping to get to 181 by the end of the month...I can do it! Let's get HEALTHY folks!

I'm happy to report a 1 lb loss- thanks to WISH for the motivation!

Hoping for a new clippie next week;)

Time for me to stop turning away from the truth. I am having a hard time accepting it, but I have gained 4 pounds.
Yes, it is TOM.
BUT, on top of that I have been sliding back to old eating habits.

DH started out being supportive and trying to eat low carb as well, but the last couple of months he has turned into a sabotuer.
Bringing in chips and candy to the house, soda (Dr. Pepper!).

I need to have a loooooooooooooooonggggg talk with him.

At any rate, I am re-starting induction so I can get rid of these darn cravings.

I lost 1/2 a pound this week. I am happy with that as the scale is finally starting to move in the right direction after being stuck for a few months. Have a nice week everyone!

I haven't checked in weekly in awhile but I have been checking in on the Independence Day challenge. I am down to 195, which is probably at least 5 lbs. since I last checked in.

Sorry for the late post - I've been sick the last few days and didn't spend much time in front of the computer. Anyway, I'm happy to share that I've made another 2 pounds disappear this week, which puts me at 192 - so I've made my fourth 10% goal! :teeth: Yippee! One pound to go for my next clippie, 8 pounds to my Independence Day goal, and 21 pounds to that GREEN 125 clippie. Exercise has been going well, although I had to cut back a bit while I was fighting this darn cold - but I still managed to get active every day, keeping my record alive. :p I reached 300 days in a row on Sunday! Next up, 366 days...

Eating went well this week, despite several tempting restaurant meals. I even ate somewhat reasonably at my anniversary dinner last Thursday, choosing (absolutely fabulous) salmon and veggies instead of filet and potatoes. I didn't bother to resist the creme brulee, of course. ;) Having this cold decreased my appetite somewhat over the past few days, but at the same time, it was harder to resist snacking while hanging around the house. Somehow I survived, and now I'm finally back to work and back on track.

I hope everyone is having a great week. Keep up the good work! :D
