Good Morning my fellow WISHers! How are you doing? Hope you are all having a great, succesful week. Well I had a great week! :teeth: For the first time in SIX weeks I have moved down that scale. I hate plateaus but getting through them makes you feel so good doesn't it? Well I'm down 1.4 lbs which means I've gone silver! I've been .8 of a lb from that silver one for 6 long weeks and I'm thrilled to finally see it in my signature.
Have a great week everyone and remember to drink your water. :) :drinking:

Congratulations kayeandjim!!!! :)

I myself, after posting that I maintained was UP 5 pounds!!!! :scared1:

I'm back on track. Even with my birthday yesterday, I made good dinner choices (skinless, wingless white meat chicken from Boston market with steamed mixed veggies and steamed green beans) and a small piece of cake. I also made sure I counted my points, no matter how OFF I may have counted them! :) I've also been journaling every day, so I know what has gone into my mouth.

Hopefully I'll show a good loss at the scale!!!

kayeandjim00 - congratulations on your weight loss! You must feel so good.

Dan - I'm sure that 5 pounds will be history soon!

I am happy to report a 1.5 pound loss for the week which means I can claim my 65 pound clippie and that I have lost a total of 65.5 pounds!

I hope everyone else will be reporting nice losses for the week!

Congrats Lisa and kayeandjim.

It is time for me to get back on track! I got off track between my vacation and the 100% travel schedule I have been on at work, but..... my clothes are getting too tight and I am feeling horrid.

I finally got on the scale Friday 176.5. So that is my new starting point (and on a 5'4" body that is WAY to much!)

I had a great weekend with lots of excerise and good food choices so I am off to a good start.

I don't deserve any loss this week (expected a gain actually), but I managed to eek out a .5 lb loss anyway. That puts me at 46.5 lbs total lost since joining WW and WISH!!!! :sunny:

Hi everyone! I managed to make 2 pounds disappear this week (barely), which puts me at 188 - goodbye 190's, hello 180's! :teeth: Only two pounds to go for my next clippie, 4 pounds to reach my Independence Day goal, and 17 pounds to go GREEN!! Exercise is going great these days, and I've finally been improving my running speed again - I maintained just over a 10:00/mile pace for 3.6 miles this morning. That's literally twice the speed that I started at back in August - when I walked 2 miles in 40 minutes.

I found making healthy choices extra challenging this week. Put together TOM and some stressful situations, and the result is me standing in the kitchen, searching for something to stuff in my mouth. At least I managed to recognize this reaction for what it was (emotions, not hunger) and nip the snacking in the bud... most of the time. I did pretty well at both a party on Saturday and a family Father's Day lunch on Sunday, making mostly reasonable choices without feeling deprived. This week I plan to be back on track!

When I first started this journey, I set a reward/challenge for myself to get my hair cut when I lost 100 pounds. It's a reward because I would choose a nice salon, etc... it's a challenge, because I've worn the same basic, plain, long hairstyle for the past 9 years! I think I've been hiding behind my long hair, trying to avoid attention (or something like that). In any case, I've lost 108 pounds now, so the time has come to show off my newly-revealed jawline and collarbones with a shorter style! My appointment is Saturday, and I'm already quite nervous - wish me luck!

Have a wonderful week, everyone!

Congrats on the loss. I bet you love your new hairstyle.

I would like to cut mine shorter, but right now it has to be long to balance out my chickmonk cheeks LOL!
