Good Morning my fellow WISHers!! How are you all doing this week? Hope everyone has been successful at their personal goals for the week!!

As for me - I maintained.. AGAIN! Wow the scenery here is really getting boring. :teeth: I'm ready to go DOWN the scale. If only I was at goal I would say I have this maintenance thing down pat after 5 weeks with only .4 difference however I still have 38 pounds or so to goal so it's time to get moving!! Hoping for better next week - I'm oh so close to that nice platinum clippie and I'm ready for it!

WISHing everyone a successful week! :)

Wow. Have *I* been away too long!!!!

I'm still, however, maintaining! Yeah me!!!! I've been holding steady between 185 and 190, and that makes me happy. The scale has never seen above 190 since getting to my goal of 187.

It really is a huge balancing act, that is COMPLETELY mental. And I think I'm getting the hang of it.

I have a very driven personality, and it's always been one extreme or another for me. So I'm either COMPLETELY off-program, or COMPLETELY on program, to the point that I get sick of it.

I'm finally getting into a good mindset to walk the middle, and be balanced. I'm really happy with that!!!! It only took a dang year!!!!!! :p

Congrats to those who have maintained and lost!

I am down 5 pounds.

I put myself back on induction because cravings and snacking were really doing me some damage. It worked! No more cravings. Now I just need to stay focused and not let a one time stray turn into binging, which was the problem.

So, those five pounds I had gained back are gone!

Let's make this week a great one!!!

This week I'm down 1.5 lbs for a total lost since January of 46 lbs. Time for a new clippie!

Onward and Downward everyone!!

:sunny:

Congrats to the losers and maintainers!

I am down 1/2 pound this week but considering I was at Disneyworld most of this past week and didn't cheat and managed to exercise some too, I'm happy with it. I also lost 2 pounds the previous week (first day of vacation) so I'm happy with my total 64 pound loss.

I managed to lose another 2lbs this week :hyper: I now have between 8 - 15lbs to lose, depending on where I decide to stop. I hoping that I will be able to get to my goal weight by the time I get to my 1 year anniversary, which is Aug. 2nd! ::yes::

:wizard: PD for everyone for a great week! :sunny:

I maintained this past week. After losing the weight I'd regained during our move, I was hoping to keep the scale moving downward but I'll settle for maintenence. That's how it usually works for me, anyway. I lose a few pounds, then maintain for a while before I start losing again. I just wish I'd gone down a bit farther before I hit that darned plateau! Oh, well. Hopefully I will do better this week.
Congrats to all the losers this week, and also to everyone who is out there trying. That alone makes you all winners!
Dan, good to see you checking in. It's an inspiration to me to know that you are still keeping that weight off. I've lost weight in the past, but been unable to keep it off. I don't want that to happen this time!

I'm down 1lb this week:hyper: . Really pleased with that as lately I have either maintained or only lost 1/2lb.
Congratulations to all that have lost or maintained:thewave:

Hi there everyone! I hope you're having a great week. :teeth: I'm pleased to announce that I've made 2 more pounds disappear this week, so I'm the proud owner of a new clippie - yippee! :p I'm definitely in the shrinking groove right now, and I hope I can stay there for a while. I'm only 4 pounds away from my next clippie, 6 pounds to reach my Independence Day goal, and 19 pounds to get that super-cool green clippie. I'm also about to leave the 190's in the dust... hello 180's!

Eating out went well for me this week - although I gave in to temptation a bit and had a small popcorn at the movies on Saturday. At least I didn't get extra butter. And I did share it with DH! I'm still working on listening to my body, and trying to eat only when I'm hungry, instead of just when I'm tempted. It's getting better, but still challenging. I'm a little nervous (and excited) about a party coming up this Saturday, as I'm going to be seeing a bunch of people from college that I haven't seen in a year. I hope they notice a difference. :upsidedow

A highlight from this week: new clothes! I have several new fitted stretch dress shirts from Old Navy in XXL, and new pjs from Lane Bryant - in 14/16! I was even able to button and zip a pair of size 16 jeans from the Gap, :hyper: although they were a little too tight. It's almost time to make the leap to the "regular" sections and stores... definitely a whole new world for me. ::yes::

Thanks for checking in, everyone - have a fabulous week!

Hi! I also maintained this week. But I'm not too disappointed because I started a new exercise workout this week and am hoping I gained a little muscle. Good luck to all of us "maintainers" this week, hopefully we will be losers next week.:D

I'm maintaining for the 10th week in a row. You betcha the scenery's getting old around here. I may go back on WW b/c I think I'm just having too many calories on Atkins and I can't imagine eating any less! If it weren't for you WISHers I would have given up!
