Weekend queues for the childrens rides

We will be visiting on a Friday and Saturday in early February, staying at the PBH - so shouldn't have to worry too much about queues. But our friends, who are coming to join us for the day on Saturday, won't have any FOTL access. We're hoping we can persuade them to look after our children for a couple of hours while DH and I go and enjoy Terminator, The Mummy etc!! We're not being too mean - they don't do any type of thrill rides or 3D shows!!

But my main concern is, if they are accompanying our little darlings on rides like One Fish, Two Fish, or the High in the Sky trolley ride, what sort of queues will they encounter? Are we talking Dumbo/Peter Pan proportions?!! Would they be better off going to do a show instead?

I might be wrong but don't think they will have that long waits as disney does cause we went in june and was extremley busy but not that long waits on those rides.
