weekend of Jan 10-11.

Yeah. We are going Jan 9th - 16th. We will arrive in Aneheim between 10 -11 am on Saturday Jan 10th.


I usually plan to only be in the DLR on Weekdays, but i see by the potential refurb schedule that a few of the rides (haunted mansion, Luigi, splash,...) will be starting January 12th.


So we will plan to be in the parks either Saturday Jan 10 and/or Sunday Jan 11th so we can see these rides. We have never been on Luigis and never done the haunted mansion overlay. and we love splash.


My question is, with these refurbs starting on Jan 12th, will it be super busy that weekend?

do you suggest we go Saturday or Sunday?

I would probably lean towards Saturday. Both SoCal and SoCal Select APs are blocked on Saturday (1/10), but only SoCal Select is blocked on Sunday (1/11). I don't know if that makes a huge difference, but every little bit can help.
