WEEKEND crowds, late february?

i have been told several times that in feb the weekday crowds are so low most rides are pretty much walk on, no more than 10 min wait or so. we are going the last week of feb, so what are weekend crowds? is it still very slow, or can it be more like a weekday in summer? ride waits still very low? thanks!

We did DL in late Feb (Rodeo weekend),IIRC it was 'ok',but that was over 10yrs ago.

I cant remember for sure when all the cheerleaders are there it is the end of feb or the first of march.
