Weekend Crowds during off-peak times?

I am planning on spending my 21st birthday in March in Disneyland, but I have heard that the crowds get pretty rough with Spring Breakers when I want to go (March 14-17). How are the weekend crowds in January/February? We might be able to go up Thurs-Sun during that time instead, as I dont have school those days, so I am wondering if the crowds are too bad. I have never been to the park on a weekend, so I have nothing to compare it to. Let me know, thanks!!

We went the last week in Jan 08 and it was pretty dead.

Well looks like we are going to go Feb 5-8th! It is only $1400 for the three of us, and it will still be celebrating my birthday, just not on my birthday. I guess the absence of Spring Break crowds will make up for it!

We went this year on Feb. 3-4 (Superbowl Sunday and Monday). It was wonderful (besides the rain shower in the morning!) Crowds were really light, and we walked onto Space Mountain twice, not to mention other rides. Longest wait was about 10 minutes for Buzz. Enjoy the off season!
