We are going to MK on Sunday and Epcot on Monday -- the weekend before Memorial Day. We are thinking the parks shouldn't be hateful yet because school is still in seesion for another 2 weeks or so. Is this an accurate thought? Just curious to see if we are thinking correctly!

TIA!

The crowds in the "off season" have been getting heavier in the past few years.

But your dates will be much less crowded than the actual HOLIDAY WEEKEND, for sure.

We've been down on those dates and had a wonderful time (as usual)!

We've been the past 2 yrs starting on or around the Wed or Thurs before Memorial day and through the holiday. The first days before the weekend were wonderful as far as crowds go. :thumbsup2

:sunny: My kids get out of school for the Summer on May 24th, so not everyone will still have a couple of weeks left.

Hope you have a great trip! :teeth: :tink:

We will be there at the same time! We were there during the same time period two years ago, and the crowds were not bad at all. They were MUCH better the week before Memorial Day than during spring break time in March, when we traditionally used to make the trip to WDW. That's the main reason we have scheduled our trip to arrive May 20 (taking our DD out of school one week early). Of course, there will be some crowding and lines and you will need to have a good touring plan to avoid bottlenecks, but if you go early and tour wisely I think you'll find the crowd levels easily manageable. :thumbsup2

Thanks for your replies! I am counting down the days. I just love  Disney and I have my dc hooked -- it's great!
