Week of Thanksgiving Mon-Wed ?

I know Thanksgiving is a busy time but what about the days BEFORE the holiday? In our case Mon-Wed? I'm planning for NEXT year goodvibes) but know its never too early to start planning!

This year, all the Christmas stuff officially starts on the Friday before Thanksgiving. Looking at the park hours, DL is open 8AM-midnight beginning on that day through Thanksgiving weekend. I'm thinking that must mean it will be pretty crowded that entire week. We will be there this year from the Friday before Thanksgiving to the Tuesday night of Thanksgiving week and I'm hoping it won't be too horribly crowded.

many local schools out here are giving their students the entire week off. As many take off for thnaksgiving as it is... So it can be a toss up...

We were in DL the week before Thanksgiving in 2006 and it was an awesome, the wait times weren't that bad, the crowds were fun, and the weather was unbelievable in the high 90's every day! The Christmas Decorations really make the trip at that time of the year.

for that entire week. Mon-Wed are great. Thurs-Sunday are not so great. Too crowded but we stay anyway.

Sounds like a good time to go then! I'd love to see the Christmas decorations, I didn't know they would be up already! I will check back this year and see what y'all have to say as far as crowds wise!

We were there the Wednesday before Thanksgiving last year, and when we arrived, they had the signs up warning that they were expecting major crowds, but once we got inside the park, it was not bad at all.
