Week of July 4th at Seaworld

So, many years ago we went to Sea World on July 4th. All I remember is being miserable and HOT! The crowds were horrible!! I don't remember any rides, just shows.

This year We will be going down on July 2nd. We are staying across the street at a preferred hotel so we get the Quick Que so hopefully that will be a plus. We also did purchase all day dining.

For those of you down there who go all the time - is that week a horrible week in general? Is Wednesday a better day to go or should we shoot for Tuesday?

Any tips/Suggestions for that week since it's such a crowded week? We are only coming to Orlando for 1 night. We are staying at the beach the rest of the trip. Just thought we would come over for the 2 days/1 night. Currently only planning to spend 1 day in Sea World - should we do 2??

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I think SeaWorld is very much a two-day park. If it were me, I would plan for two park days (or better yet, in the heat of the summer, one SeaWorld day and one Aquatica day).

Seaworld hasn't been that busy. I don't know if it's backlash from Blackfish or what, but we went Saturday and it was dead (Disney was super busy though).
